Join guest yoga teacher Katerine Brisebois for 2 special Candlelight Sacred flow Yoga classes at the Raleigh NC yoga studio on June 11th and 13th.
Sacred flow Yoga is a soulful, devotional and rejuvenating gentle yoga practice fusing the principles of hatha vinyasa yoga (the union of body, breath, and movement) and the qualities of bhakti yoga (gratitude, open-heartedness, humility, compassion, and devotion). We honor our body with a very gentle vinyasa flow and soft sacred restorative asanas to create a space for the inner doorways to open, prana to flow and healing and rejuvenation to occur.
This gentle flow class is the perfect retreat from the hectic busy pace of modern day living to practice REMEMBERING truth, love, source, compassion, and honor life as is it.
All levels welcome.

Join guest yoga teacher Katerine Brisebois for 2 special Restorative Yoga workshops at the Raleigh NC yoga studio on June 9th and 10th.
Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga where we use blocks, blankets and cousins (props) to support the body and make it easier to surrender to the pose and the breath. It provides a completely supportive environment that allows deep relaxation. There are no movements and no effort involved which allows the brain to quiet down. It is a beautiful, very gentle practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, re- aligned and re-balanced. No experience in yoga necessary.
On Saturday, June 9th, we will focus on opening the hips and shoulders by exploring various way’s to release the accumulated tensions. You will learn different postures and techniques to help you relax on a daily basis. This workshop will leave you relieved and more open.
On Sunday, we will explore the physiology of the body and learn efficient mechanisms to cope with stress. We will focus on relaxing the nervous system using mantras and deep breathing exercices.
