Align yourself.

When your alignment is off, then so is mine and everyone else around you. We are just balls of energy moving around like atoms within our bodies, but in the body of the Universe. Such a small shift can eventually quake your Earth. From proper form of your toes to your ankles to how you distribute the weight into your calves to the alignment of your thighs, hips, spine, shoulders, neck, and head. We need to make a conscious effort to practice mindfulness within our bodies. Bc there is nothing more uncomfortable than misalignment. What does it mean to align yourself?
