Beginner’s Yoga Class Options

We at Raleigh NC Yoga truly believe that yoga should be for everyone. The in-flexible and the flexible. Yoga strengthens and stretches the body all in one practice. The classes listed below are classes that would be perfect for you if you have been practicing yoga for some time or simply want to brush up on your practice.  It is a just wonderful, no pressure experience when you attend any one of these yoga classes.
Our instructors enjoy focusing on form, alignment, benefits of the pose and most of all will constantly remind you to Breathe!!!

We are located in a private neighborhood in North Raleigh Near Millbrook High School. If you are interested in taking a class, please reserve your space online at http://raleighncyoga.com/class-schedule. Once your class has been reserved you will receive confirmation along with address. Space in the classes are limited and there is a 24 hr. cancellation policy. We focus on many injuries and like to keep the atmosphere intimate and not intimidating. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

Claudia has a history of working with Reconstructive Surgeons along with Chinese Medicine Doctors and Chiropractors to also teach you the therapeutic aspects of yoga.

6:30 pm Wind Down and Earth Yoga Practice –
An Authentic Hatha (Balance of Sun / Moon) Stress Release Yoga Practice

Makes this the ideal class for someone who needs to wind down and reground themselves for a hectic day at work or a go go go lifestyle. Here you have the opportunity to slow down and smell the roses (literally- we have roses in the front yard;)
Relaxation and deep stretching is guaranteed.
This class is Ideal for: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced Practitioners, Expecting Mommies,  Injuries, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety, Stress, Lower Back Ailments (such as Bulging or herniated, degenerative disc disease), High Blood Pressure, Arthritis…

5:15 Beginner’s Elemental Yoga
Excellent for the Family – Open to children , tweens, and parents.

Kindle your spirit with the spark of a wood practice. Learn all of the basic elements to a well-balanced Hatha Yoga Practice. Excellent practice for all levels, where you learn how to grasp and deepen the awareness of your mind body connection. 6:45 Flowing Water Yoga
You will gently flow to get into your joints and lubricate them, pushing out debris, such as Arthritis or Fibromyalgia, Stiffness, achiness, all in a gentle way.

45 min Mid Day Mid Week Practice to feel reconnected to your mind body.

6pm Metal and Fire Yoga Practice
Melt away your Stress and Anxiety with a healthy Balanced Practice of Statuesque and Vibrant poses.

Saturday
9am- Wind and Water Yoga Rise- Gentle Vinyasa
Vinyasa is moving class that synchronizes each breathe with a movement.
Wind down from your week and Flow like water in this gentle morning moving practice that leaves you feeling refreshed for the weekend.

Sundays
6pm Earth Grounding Yoga Practice
It’s Sunday night and you need that grounded feeling to get your week started on the right track. Root yourself with this enriching yoga practice that will leave you feeling stable and sound.
