Gentle‐Moderate yoga class that combines breath, alignment and form to increase strength and vitality in the body, reduce stress, and relax the mind. Each class includes breathing practice, yoga postures, ending with a rejuvenating deep relaxation and brief meditation. Vinyasa
Take your practice up a notch and challenge your edge in this vinyasa. It is recommended that yogis attending this class have a strong and regular practice. Advanced variations, anatomical alignment, longer holds and other surprises make this a powerful and exciting experience.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga uses gentle movements and deep yogic breathing to help alleviate aches, minimize swelling, and strengthen the muscles. Gentle yoga is a relaxing practice that is made for the beginner and/or those with special health needs or weight restraints. It massages all organs in the body while increasing flexibility and lubrication of the joints, ligaments, and tendons. Yoga improves circulation, stimulates the abdominal organs, and puts pressure on the glandular system of the body, which can generally result to better health.

Yin Yoga
Yin was first practiced in Japan, then brought to the United States by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, both well-known yoga teachers who were looking for a deeper, more meditative way to practice yoga. Yin Yoga, known as a “quiet practice,” focuses on longer-held poses (mostly seated) that are designed to slowly and safely stretch the connective tissue in the body.Yin yoga is a form of yoga which is performed to stretch the connective tissues of the body. Primary connective tissues include the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. These types of tissues do not stretch the muscles but they stretch and exercise the bone and joints areas of the body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a form of soothing therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga postures. The postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing. The class is ideal for those going through stressful times suffering from chronic pain illness injury or major life changes. It is also great for anyone who wants to experience rejuvenation of the body and mind through active relaxation and passive stretches and postures. Classes focus on breathing techniques and proper form. Instructors will correct your form and alignment along with educate you on the mental and physical benefits of yoga asanas.

Peaceful Yoga
Find tranquility through this stress release class that relaxes and restores your entire body and mind. This class allows you to focus inward through a series of mindful and restorative poses, as well as breathing techniques and guided meditations. You will also gain flexibility and strength through deep stretching of the muscles. All levels are welcome.
