LISTEN: Non-Smoker Break – Breathing in the Workplace

Claudia’s back to explain the the “Non-Smoker Break” and how this idea came about many years ago.  She encourages you to use your work breaks to your advantage by setting aside just 3-5 minutes to breathe mindfully and intentionally.  She gives tips on how to practice Ujjayi or Ocean breathing and how to listen to and observe your breath.
