Stress Management Workshop
Foram Shah is a Physical therapist with Masters in Health science and a compassionate yoga practitioner. Her PT experience in various healthcare settings and strong Indian roots stemmed her passion for yoga and stress management in modern day and age. She realized that suffering and major health ailments can be prevented and managed by the choices one makes. Her knowledge base, cultural experiences, expertise and compassion drives her “Authentic Yoga For All” belief, which helps an individual to lead a happy, blissful and empowered life.
