I am Grateful, are You?

A conversation between Paolo Coehlo Quotes & Claudia’s Experience

grate·ful

/ˈɡrātfəl/

Learn to pronounce

adjective feeling or showing an appreciation of kindness; thankful.

Always so much for me to be grateful and appreciative. I have learned so much thru my journey in my life and I don’t think I can deny the fact that I am grateful for all that have crossed my path. The brutal ones taught me strength, the fearful ones taught me strength, the kind ones taught me kindness, and the compassionate ones taught me compassion.
Spirits appear repeatedly with different faces and different opportunities to fine tune my skills and connections and I am grateful are you?
I took this time to have my own interaction with one of my guides- Paolo Coehlo. Enjoy!

Paolo Coehlo: When every day seems the same, that is because people have stopped noticing the good things that appear in their lives…”
Claudia: “
I couldn’t agree more. New eyes, reveal no lies. Blinking is one of the many gifts. Mark Nepo says, if we blink slow enough, we can see things anew and differently. Add a breathe, and our perspectives shift. Stay in the closed part of the blink and feel the energies swirling around in the winds of time and I will always know it is just the way it should be.” Every time Victoria is away from me and then returns, I see the shift, the evolution of her cells, her growth.

Paolo Coehlo: “We are travellers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment. It is a little parenthesis in eternity.”
Claudia:
“Oh, I like that! A parenthesis, maybe even a comma when we continue our dance with one another. Or a period when the dance supposedly ends. B/c we are all so connected. The vibration of one’s conscious stop of interacting hides the hidden truths of fears that can easily resurface in a story. Our lives are very much a continuous story. Some don’t like the process of learning thru stories and close the book too quickly, which I find unfortunate, bc everything is a story. And then some realize that their stories are that continuous story of their ancestors reinvented for the better. It is all so beautiful!

Paolo Coehlo: “I don’t live in either my past or my future. I’m interested only in the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a happy man. Life will be a party for you, a grand festival, because life is the moment we’re living now.”
Claudia:
This is my favorite party. A tingling in my cells as I feel, connect, dance, disconnect, die a little, and then reawaken for a better version of myself. It is quite the self pleasure ride.
