Recently I visited Claudia’s yoga studio where she also offers massages. I am a long time migraine sufferer and my headaches were getting out of control. So I decided to take a new approach and try massage and stretches. I can honestly say that it was the best massage I have ever gotten. Claudia explained everything to me about my muscles and how they all work together. The massage was fantastic and so were the stretches. She gave advice on what to do and how to stretch to avoid debilitating migraines. I will be back for yoga and more massages for sure! Thank you so much!
