Shahram 

Shahram has been studying Martial Arts for over 35 years and have been fortunate to study under several great Masters who where deeply rooted in Meditation, Breath control and energy work so this was my foundation to yoga.

To Shahram, Yoga is the right way to live and always want students to come to class with no expectation whatsoever. This way they are open to the flow of energy within and without and to have their own experience. They definitely will leave the class with a sense of calm, reduced stress in the mind and body, improved concentration and relief from chronic tension.

Teaching is a role and responsibility that has been given to Shahram by his teachers and also it is through teaching and helping others that he will continue to grow and learn more.

Shahram teaches Wednesdays at 6:30pm
